I have spent my career embedded in delivery teams, working groups with engineering and operational leaders, and senior management teams during periods of rapid growth and organizational change, most recently at Salesforce and Delta Dental of California. My work is about coordinating complex, multi-team technical programs: how people communicate across dependencies, learn from delivery data, and make decisions under deadline pressure.
The tools in this site represent a new dimension of that work: designing AI-augmented interfaces that bring the same operational discipline to individual decisions and workflows. Each tool addresses discovery, decision, and presentation challenges that I have addressed during my time working with hundreds of product managers, engineering leads, and key collaborators.
